At first I was like:

I don’t know what to think anymore. It feels like I go from one extreme mood to the other. No middle ground, no warning. I used to think that it was because of the people I was around, but after that, its still an occurrence. Tonight for example, I was happier than I’ve ever been. Ten minutes later, I’m in tears, and don’t want to ever come out of bed. I don’t know what to do anymore.
Maybe I should see a doctor.
